2. Purpose of the site and nature of the activity
Cerrajero Express is a digital intermediation platform whose main purpose is to connect people who need locksmith services with professionals (self-employed or companies) who provide them.
Users may browse information, request assistance, describe their needs and, where features allow, contact collaborating professionals. The platform simplifies finding and connecting both sides.
Cerrajero Express does not necessarily perform locksmith technical work itself. Unless expressly stated otherwise, on-site intervention (travel, door opening, lock replacement or repair, etc.) is carried out by the locksmith or company that accepts and performs the job.
Where the technical service is contracted directly between the user and a collaborator, the performance contract is between those parties. The professional who accepts the job sets scope, price, availability, timing, performance, warranties and documentation. Intermediation alone does not make the platform the employer of collaborators or the material performer of the work, without prejudice to Cerrajero Express’s own legal responsibilities for its activity.
Published information is informative and aims to connect users and professionals. Consulting it does not by itself guarantee a contract, job acceptance or immediate availability.
3. General terms of use
Accessing and using the site makes you a user and requires lawful, responsible use under applicable law, this notice and the terms of each service.
Users must provide truthful information in forms and contact channels, and must not harm Cerrajero Express, collaborators or other users, or use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Collaborating professionals must also meet the legal duties of their trade and their commitments to Cerrajero Express. Identity theft, unlawful content and interference with security or systems are prohibited. Cerrajero Express may take reasonable measures against unlawful or non-compliant use, respecting users’ rights.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
Site content (texts, designs, graphics, logos, images, structure, documentation, audiovisual material, code and other resources) is protected by Spanish and EU IP law as applicable. Rights belong to Cerrajero Express or authorised right holders. Access does not grant a general licence.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, extraction or commercial exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior express authorisation is prohibited, except where the law allows. 6. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law and applicable EU law, including the LSSI-CE, GDPR, LOPDGDD and, where relevant, the Spanish General Consumer and User Protection Act.
For disputes with users acting in a business or professional capacity, and where legally admissible, the parties submit to the courts of Alicante, waiving any other venue to the extent such waiver is valid.
If the user is a consumer, this clause does not limit mandatory rules on jurisdiction or consumer rights.
